Megatech is established with 10,000,000 yen of capital in Yamagata City by Amano Mitsugu. At first Megatech is primarily a distributor selling Aida, Komatsu, and Orii & Mec press machinery. |

Sales and service staff are gradually increased and Megatech is recognized as the number one dealer of Aida press machines in Japan (since then Megatech has continued to remain number one in Aida machine sales). |
1995 |
Megatech oversees the export and installation of all press related machinery for the Mexico, Shanghai, and Thailand factories of a large Japanese audio maker. This marks the beginning of Megatech`s international import and export activities. |
1997 |
Megatech becomes qualified by the Ministry of Labor to carry out special independent inspections of power press machinery. |
1999 |
The heavyweight transport division is started with the purchase of a 10 ton truck and a 20 ton crane. |
